The boat was great and a different show every night. The main dining room food was excellent along with the service. The bar staff were friendly. All staff were very friendly. This was a great ship.
I wish they had larger dance floors, as the dance areas are quite small.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with our transpacific voyage to Sydney on the Explorer of the Seas. Having done Silverseas, we were a little worried about a ship this size.
It was wonderful.The staff were incredible and everyone wore a smile and were so upbeat and positive all the time.

Originally booked this cruise because of the price and because it offered a Transpacific destination. I can't say enough about the crew as they made this trip a once in a lifetime experience! The entire crew always had a smile for you no matter what! We would not hesitate to recommend this ship and this itinerary to anyone considering it! We plan to repeat it again in 2019.

This was a bucket list check mark. So easy to embark, Pier 91, it took about an hour for the whole process. We went through a questioning about our bottle of wine, but really had no problems. The itinerary of this cruise was not to be believed. We saw the 49 day from Seattle to Sydney and then found they had an opportunity to extend the trip by combining a 5 day to Tasmania with a 13 day to New Zealand after reaching Sydney.

Food especially in Chops was excellent. Ice show was very good but we prefer to dance rather than watch shows. So we really didn't watch many of the shows so can't comment other than on the ice show which was very good. This is the only area that the ship fell down on.
