Intinary was awesome, service and staff wasn't. We had never experienced such indifference from the crew, especially being close to Diamond Plus status. We loved Royal Caribbean because of the friendly staff, most of the staff were not engaged. We were used to "Good Morning", or a simple smile, or atleast make eye contact.
