Wanted to visit Alaska. This was my first time on a cruise ship and I absolutely loved it. Lots of things to do on board, terrific food and great staff from beginning to end. The ship is great, balcony cabin was excellent and had lot of fun time. For majority scenario where a person who doesn't have dietary restrictions and didn't have to go to medical center, I would have given 4.5 stars.

First cruise. Enjoyable. Food was good. Would rate Le Bistro as best, Teppanyaki was the most fun. Ocean Blue was good, but Le Bistro and Cagney's were better for us. First night ate at Manhattan room - did not go back. Used Garden Café more than we planned - it was very good. Taste and Savor were also good. All restaurants were good.

The Bliss was very clean and you can tell it’s a newer ship. The Haven is amazing, great customer service, private restaurant was yummy, bar tenders always attentive, concierge always willing to help.
