Awesome Staff!

Every staff person we came across was friendly and very helpful. These people work hard to make our cruise the best possible. We got a card to pick a Hero on the cruise. I couldn't pick just one. They all were heroes. There is so much hard work that goes on behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I don't think we even saw a small portion of what all these people do for us. ...

We were on the last cruise of the Alaska season for the NCL Bliss. The people where excellent even for the last cruise. The food was great. The ship was beautiful with lots of activities. The race track was a lot of fun. We really enjoyed the comedians. Saving the best for last - the casino was non smoking. They have a glassed in Casino for the smokers. We ate dinner at 3 specialty places - ...

We left from Seattle, and arrived the day before ship departure. We stayed at Hotel Ändra, highly recommended and great location. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great time exploring Pike Market, Space Needle etc. We actually would have spent more time here! But we came for a cruise, and it sure delivered. This ship is absolutely fantastic, but what makes it even more of a spectacular ...

We had never done a cruise to Alaska before and this one seemed to fit the bill for our needs. As we had been to Seattle before, we elected to arrive and sail in the same day. We had a party of 4 so we ubered fro the airport to the harbor but the NCL staff were all over the terminal to help those who took the NCL transfer. We arrived at the cruise ship terminal about 30 minutes later and walked ...

This was one of our all-time favourite cruises! The Norwegian Bliss is one of the most beautiful ships we've been on (modern, tasteful, understated elegance rather than in your face opulence). The staff were amazing - all were genuinely friendly and helpful. The port stops in Juneau and Skagway were awesome - as were the shore excursions (visit to glacier, whale watching, kayaking and White Pass ...

An absolutely outstanding cruise! The cabin steward. was very personable, efficient and attentive to maintaining the supplies in the cabin. All of the restaurant staff were very professional and courteous. Le Bistro and Cagney's were similar to dining in a four star restaurant with great service, presentation and quality of the dishes. Taste was especially a good place for breakfast that was ...

It has been on my bucket list for years to cruise, we decided my 60th was a good reason to go. What a great vacation. I felt so relaxed and could want for nothing my whole trip. When we started out it was just going to be me and my wife. I said the more the merrier so we reached out to our kids their friends, our friends. We ended up with 14 takers so it was so enjoyable to do this together. We ...

We wanted to go on the Bliss after reading about it so we chose their Alaska route. It was wonderful. We treated ourselves to the Haven and the level of service there was better than we could have imagined. Every crew member knew our names after the first day and called us by name the whole trip. The restaurant was the best one on the ship. Anything we needed was taken care of by the ...

Stunning scenery and royal treatment

The only thing that was hard to hold on to is self-discipline. The quarters, people, and facilities are stunning. I couldn't leave my cabin without finding it made up and snacks replaced with other snacks I couldn't walk around the Haven (ship within the ship for upscale cruisers) without someone asking if I needed them to get me anything. Haven restaurant served gourmet food every ...
