The food was terrible. We ate at Chops and had to send our steaks back 2 times and finally just told them to keep it. It was so tough you couldn't cut it. The meat served in the Tides was not good. There was too much time at sea and the excursions were way too long. We signed up for the beverage package for $55 per day per person and was charged $65 per day per person. We were also charged 4 ...

I have cruised 13 times over various cruise lines. This is my second Royal Caribbean. This first time was pretty good with some issues but i thought we would try a different ship and destination. Spent over $6000 for cruise and excursions. Ship was dirty, windows were filthy, hard to look out at the glaciers with dirty windows, elevator glass had fingerprints all over. Food in the Windjammer was all over the floor and the bar. Smoking was allowed in the casino so often the ship smelled like smoke, especially at night. Bars often only had one bartender so there was always a wait for ...

We just returned from a 7 night Alaskan cruise on Jewel of the Seas. We had a balcony room and noticed that there was an obstructed view due to the covering over the lifeboats. We didn't do our homework and weren't aware that there was anything in the way, but the view was still nice. We asked to be relocated, but they said there were no balcony rooms open. The room hadn't been vacuumed and we ...
