We just got back from an 7-day Alaska cruise on the Eurodam. The service was impeccable. The food isn’t gourmet, but it’s quite good for mass produced fare. Our 1st time on a cruise. Not real impressed with the physical condition of the ship.
It supposedly was remodeled or updated in 2015 but it doesn’t show it! Many places & common areas smell bad~like urine & old sour mop water! The pool towels and third viewing deck blankets smell like mildew ALL OF THEM EVEN AFTER MENTIONING TO GUEST SVS.!

Overall, post-COVID life on the Eurodam was about 95% of what is was before the pandemic.
