We left out of Seattle and we had planned on having time to get some water and other items we wanted on the ship but did not want to take on the airplane. When we landed at the airport it was a crap show from the get go. The staff at baggage claim took about an hour to check confirm what we had purchased even though we all had confirmation numbers. We cruised on Ruby Princess a few months ago to Mexico and were very impressed with the line so we booked our AK trip with Princess too.
Entertainment were great. Staff members were amazing. Food was fresh and elegantly prepared and served. Formal meals were not just for eating---but events to be experienced.

This cruise was a gift from my dad so it was even more enjoyable!! The service on this cruise was excellent from room service to our food servers. The food was very good. The entertainment was also very good. Almost always something exciting happening!!. We were treated very good.
