Our 17 day cruise was the longest cruise we have taken yet. I convinced my husband that we should share the cost out of our private funds since the budget couldn't take another cruise this year. Sept 18 & 19: We left home around 1:00 pm to drive to Portland, ME. Stayed at the Marriott Sable Oaks, our favorite hotel in Portland. We booked this cruise as a getaway/40th anniversary celebration. Our daughter was married 9/15, the last houseguest left on 9/18 and we flew to Seattle 9/21 and boarded the Infinity. We loved it - we were part of a group of 12 and the overall concensus was that Celebrity definitely does an above average job of providing a value-added cruise experience. The staff on the Infinity are amazing. They are friendly and cannot do enough for you.
