First Time Cruiser

Age 70s

We only wished the cruise had been longer! The Quest met and exceeded our expectations. We love to be on the water having owned boats for years. The 'everything included' mode of the cruise made for complete relaxation - we struggled to spend our on board credit. Had to visit the shop on the last night to spend the remaining cash. The food was delicious, all the staff provided A1 service, our ...

6-10 Cruises

Age 70s

Just came back from a 10 day cruise on Quest which left Athens and ended up in Monte Carlo. This was our second Seabourn cruise. Two years ago we cruised on the Legend, one of the smaller ships, and we were concerned we wouldn't be able to replicate the Legend experience on one of the bigger ships. We arrived in Athens from New York the night before the ship sailed, and visited the Acopolis early ...

6-10 Cruises

Age 60s

We embarked at Athens and boarding was prompt and efficient commencing at about 12.30pm. The ship is great, spacious and elegant and all we expected. The cabins excellent plenty of drawer space and the walk in wardrobe is excellent. We had two 10 day cruises back to back and 20 days felt right, much better than 10. We felt 30 days would have been too long for us. The captain (Erik) was ...

Embarkation: We departed from Venice. There was really no difficulty whatsoever. We arrived at the ship about 330 so our room was already ready for us and we went straight there. My wife immediately noted a strong smell of smoke. It was clearly worse in some parts of the ship than others. It's also worth noting that the world cruise disembarked right before us. Our cabin steward immediately ...

2-5 Cruises

Age 60s

First, I would like to say that we had a lovely time on the Seabourn Quest and will be returning for another cruise. There are a couple things worth mentioning that hopefully will be corrected by Seabourn.1- We selected a Veranda suite because we wanted to enjoy the use of a private balcony. I'm sorry to say that we weren't able to use ours because of the heavy ciggy smoke coming up to ours from ...

First Time Cruiser

Age 80s

To celebrate our 40th anniversary, my wife and I Took our first cruise ever, on the Seabourn Quest, a new ship, 7 days, Rome to Venice. We flew into Rome (FCO), then took a train to Tarquinia, Italy; a small town near the port city of Civitavechia. We stayed in Tarquinia for 3 nights (we had already been to Rome and we wanted to stay in a small town to avoid crowds and congestion). We enjoyed ...

First Time Cruiser

The cruise: 15 nights on the Quest from Istanbul to Athens passing through Turkey, Israel, Egypt and Greece. Our background, second time on Seabourn, last time was on one of the smaller ships, about 5 cruises on Silversea, we usually cruise in Asia as we're based there, this time we really wanted to go a little further. Overall this was probably our best cruise ever, we had a load of luck, the ...

10+ Cruises

We have recently returned from a cruise on the Seabourn Quest, our first Seabourn cruise. We have previously sailed on various different cruiselines, most recently with Azamara Club Cruises so we were interested to see how Seabourn would compare. In fact in the same year we sailed on the Azamara Quest and the Seabourn Quest and I will compare both ships at the end of this review. The Seabourn ...

Flew to Rome with BA, arrived at port at 1.00pm to be greeted by iced fruit punch and cold towels. It took approx 30 mins to check in and clear security to being taken on board and straight to The Colonnade restaurant. Uniformed staff were on hand to take your hand luggage into a safe room whilst lunch was either served at the table (all set-up with table cloths, cutlery, wine glasses and iced ...

Age 40s

Spent 14 days onboard this latest addition to the Seabourn fleet with my wife. We had a super luxurious time! Almost everything from embarkation to disembarkation ran like clockwork! At check-in, we didn't even have to touch our bags. Our driver was directed to some hidden corner and our bags were unloaded for us directly from car to ship. Shortly after embarkation, ours bag were delivered to ...
