You can really judge a company by the way they handle a difficult situation. Cruise was supposed to be a river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam, however, low water levels resulted in being bussed 800 km of the 1400 km trip. The water levels are low in Europe and itinerary disruptions are not the fault of Scenic, however what was controllable by Scenic was not well done for the most part.
