All inclusive, significant added extras, very good food, excellent specialty dining, no tipping, courteous staff, good value for money. We had a great deal with Scenic cruises including Business Class airfares - important for us when travelling to Europe. Recommended by our travel agent. There was a hiccup on the way over to Budapest. The lock just north of Budapest was under construction. Apparently this happens often so we weren't happy about that. But the Scenic cruise director was wonderful and more than made up for the problem.
