Disaster from from the start. Low water levels meant we couldn’t start at Nuremberg, which I know is beyond their control, went to Passau and stayed there for 3 days which was a long way from Passau it’s self, had to look at a brick wall for3 days. Chose Scenic based on online reviews etc. Considered it to be one of the top river cruise companies. We were very disappointed at service levels and food. Breakfast and lunch were major disappointments with minimal options and “cafeteria-feel” in the restaurant area.
