We have done 5 cruises with Costa this was the worst.food was bland no water at table the waitress was the best thing about it.the cabin was very noisy as we were at the front asked to change but said ship was full so several days didn't get much sleep.cabin was kept clean but the cabin boy was not very helpful.days at sea were boring as not much entertainment put on.there were only 50 or so ...

Embarkation and disembarkation - Fast and efficient.
Gym - Antiquated equipment. Much of it should be replaced.

Room steward was excellent but overworked, on other ships we never saw a room steward working every night at ten pm.
The waiters were overworked but excellent

Flew to Nice from Liverpool to pick up pre arranged transport to Savona. No rep available and had to find our own way to find many people with Costa luggage tags all waiting for coaches. Cruise ticket stated 'Embarkation from 13.00; sailing 15.00', arrived at Savona at 12.55, given slot '20' and told to wait until number was called. By 15.00, they were dealing with batch 7! The terminal was loading two ships, about 6000 people, seats for about 1500. Noisy, crowded, cramped and bored children! Pay cafe had two staff serving, so again queues for service!
