I would like to give ZERO star, but I can't. MSC is a low, low, low quality cruise. If you like good food, avoid it. The meals offered are POOR and quality not so good. Staff if not well trained (specially customer service). The "juices" offered during breakfast time aren't juice: it is like a water with something with a horrible taste. Brazil being on our travel bucket list and cruising being our favourite type of holiday we thought this holiday would be perfect. It was the complete opposite.

Regrettable or treat that an MSC is giving its passengers. The ship was absolutely full. Believe that they have enlarged or cabins in a renovation, but not widening the common area.
The buffet restaurants, a shopping area and a pool area did not accommodate the number of passengers.
It is not possible to move through the theater to a restaurant without being used by people.

Due to the fact that this ship is new and luxurious, we had high expectations for our vacation. But it ended up as the worst cruise service we ever experienced.
