Worst Cruise Experience

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Grandiosa

I would like to give ZERO star, but I can't. MSC is a low, low, low quality cruise. If you like good food, avoid it. The meals offered are POOR and quality not so good. Staff if not well trained (specially customer service). The "juices" offered during breakfast time aren't juice: it is like a water with something with a horrible taste. This is my 7th cruise and the worst that I ever been. Even ...

Brazil being on our travel bucket list and cruising being our favourite type of holiday we thought this holiday would be perfect. It was the complete opposite. Food- Disgusting. Raw chicken, tiny portions, horrible selection, half the buffet shut, need I go on? I think MSC are keeping the cuttlefish afloat as for some strange reason that was on every night. The food was so bad there was times ...

This was not my first cruise with MSC,in fact it was about my 7th or 8th mostly transatlantic from Santos, Brazil to Europe apart from one to the Caribbean. Prior to this I had done a mini cruises with Fred Olsen. To be honest, after my first cruise with MSC in 2013 I was quite impressed and wanted to go again, which I did more or less ever year following. In 2014 cruising again from Brazil to ...

Regrettable or treat that an MSC is giving its passengers. The ship was absolutely full. Believe that they have enlarged or cabins in a renovation, but not widening the common area. The buffet restaurants, a shopping area and a pool area did not accommodate the number of passengers. It is not possible to move through the theater to a restaurant without being used by people. We had to hold ...

Terrible service/food

Due to the fact that this ship is new and luxurious, we had high expectations for our vacation. But it ended up as the worst cruise service we ever experienced. Unprepared crew, no knowledge of what's happening at the ship, and always with a bad mood (with few exceptions). Attendants of the bar always busy, causing waits of up to 10 min for a simple beer (which was sometimes, warm). ...

MSC Must Smoke Cruise

Review for a Italy Cruise on MSC Preziosa

This cruise was very disappointing for a number of reasons 1 MSC allow smoking in the casino, in the lounge area above the casino and on all the port side of the pool deck. In fact they have signs stating " MSC welcomes smokers in this area ". Although smoking in the cabin and balcony is not permitted, the fact that they have placed an ashtray in every cabin toilet onboard means that they turn a ...
