There are too many people for the common areas and too few staff to control them. The rules are good but no one to carry them out. Pre-cruise started off to a weird start - no prompting from Costa to fill out anything for the cruise, no communications at all. Found their web site to be very cumbersome and non-informative. This cruise was very disappointing for a number of reasons 1 MSC allow smoking in the casino, in the lounge area above the casino and on all the port side of the pool deck. In fact they have signs stating " MSC welcomes smokers in this area ". Although smoking in the cabin and balcony is not permitted, the fact that they have placed an ashtray in every cabin toilet onboard means that they turn a ...
