the shopping was so good! Way better than Zalando!! AND THE BOWLING ARENA WAS SO COOL!!! LOVE IT. Went on the behind the scenes tour which covered the bridge, engine control room, galley and gave a chance to understand crew life - very interesting and worth doing. Had the beverage package - if you drink wine, esecially the nice stuff, be aware that the wines available at the bars are very ...

The best boat ever!!

i loved the shopping!! way better than zalando. THE BOWLING ARENA WAS SO COOL! My main gripes would be - the music round the pool was ridiculously loud - I mean OTT. I also didn't like the music for most of the time, but even when I did like it (they played some ok electonic/techno for a while) it was too loud for a family area. Maybe play some chill-out quieter for most of the day and ...

Cruise around South America

Review for a South America Cruise on Rhapsody of the Seas

A different kind of cruise on Royal Caribbean. What made this cruise different was the Brazilian staff who were able to involve an international clientele in shipboard activities as in no other cruise I have been on (about 40 in all on RCCL). We embarked in Santos, Brazil and the boarding process was utter chaos with two other ships disembarking and intermingling with the newly arriving ...

I had initially booked this cruise because because I wanted to visit new destinations withou having to take an extremely long flight to Asia or Europe. Royal Caribbean immediately notified me that this was a "cultural cruise". This is a nice way of saying that this cruise is catered to Brazilians and the primary language onboard is Portuguese (don't let this frighten you, all staff onboard speaks ...

Unforgettable experience.

Review for a South America Cruise on MSC Splendida

The ship is very big, so be ready to walk, however, it's incredible, with delicious foods for all tastes, comfortable cabins, an excellent service, with some entertainment (but not always), activities such as videogames, F1 simulator, football ("soccer", for some), baskteball fields etc. The ports in Brazil are very direct to your ship, but I can't give a review on shore excursions by MSC because ...

Santos, Brazil to Venice, Italy Excellent Value Cruise

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Costa Fascinosa

The only thing I will agree with about the previous 2 reviews is the 11 dollars per day service charge, it should be up to the individual to tip as they see fit, apart from that I think their reviews very unfair. The cruise itself taking of the airfare and transfers worked out about 20 pppd full board and the use of the facilities of a beautiful ship. The staff were very polite and obliging and ...

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Costa Fascinosa

We have recently returned from a transatlantic Cruise on the Costa Fascinosa and completely disagree with the 2 previous reviews. What do people expect for approx £20 per night full board ( that is all it cost when taking off the air fares and transfers). We don't go on a cruise to sit in the cabin to watch television so the lack of English channels was not a problem, the staff on the ship were ...

We started this adventure in the port of Santos, Brazil. Embarking was swifter than I expected considering so many people. The first impression of the ship is great, I particularly liked the entry setup with the little tent and flowers and flag. The magnetic card check-in at the ship's entrance is also swift and cool; it makes you feel safe that the person checks the picture to be certain it is ...
