-Three meals took two hours -Locked out of cabin because of battery failure, no supervisor around to open cabin, no process to identify when battery failing or rather process exists but is ignored because of cost of replacing door battery. Never again! Have sailed many times with Holland America, and also with Cunard and Viking. First time with Princess - and this will be the last time, also. It seems like Princess has decided not to prioritize customer service. This trip felt more like working with an airline than a cruise line.
