This was a repositioning cruise so although there were no other cost saving perks enticing us to book the initial price was attractive and the locations traveled to irrisitable. We found this cruise allowed us to see places we wouldn't normally be able to see. We went to the Atacama Desert, the driest place on Earth.we also were in the heat and humidity of equatorial countries. The diversity was great ! Fascinating places, great on board service, good excursions! Interesting mix of passengers with around 50% being Spanish speaking only! From Valparaiso to Fort Lauderdale is a very long way both in distance and in culture. The journey was fascinating.
