We chose this ship because we had previously sailed on it 3 times. The ship was oversold. We were never able to see a show. Shower backed up and was never repaired even though we reported it several times. The ship is dark and carpet patched every where. Worst cruise ever. The cruise started in San Juan on Sunday, February 26. The deal was supposed to include $50 off of a shore excursion and two nights of specialty dining. The shore excursions were booked. The minute that we got on the boat and the restaurants were booked before we got on, so you were not allowed to use any of your deals.
