Adventure was an Adventure

Chose this trip for the southern islands--they were nice, but the excursions didn't enhance the experience. The ship was extremely crowded with young people celebrating various end of school events, which is great, but almost felt over capacity. There must not have been a lot of variety of things to do other than eat at the cafe for some people--if you were trying to just grab a snack or coffee ...

We had a great experience, however getting on board in San Juan took almost 2 hours; there was only one line to drop luggage and once you were done there you had to go to another line to check in. Very inefficient. The ship was fine, lots of activities to do. We did purchase a beverage package, however there were times we were told we still had to pay extra for a glass of wine, root beer float ...

Great ports of call!

The embarkation was long and not well organized. On the contrary, disembarkation went smoothly and was well organized. The balcony cabin needs to be updated, and the balcony area was small with two upright chairs and a table. Prefer the ability to have two lounge chairs on the balcony. The cabin steward was efficient and readily available. Plenty of activities, although the bingo games were ...

Good adventures and some stuff I could do without

We have been on this ship several times (including March of 2014 when it broke down for 3 days). We enjoy the size of the ship and the kinds of activities offered. Although it is now one of the "older" ships, it has been well maintained and has had an upgrade to room TVs and public areas. They have added a 'flowrider' and moved the children's pool to the main pool deck area. There are also ...

Your food service is the worst in the industry

Cruise with singles group. Food quality is far worse than Dennys or Waffle House. Stop charging $8 for room service, Johnny Rockets should also be free, I though food was included in the basic fare. Well it isn't anymore! Wait times in main dining room over an hour and a half to get a dried out shoe leather steak. Worst ever! Scandaless! Check in (San Juan) horribly disorganized, huge lines, ...

Great Experience

I choose this cruise because of the ports of call that were being visited. The Carribiean was beautiful all the port excursions were great except in St. Marteen - make sure not do do the Trolley Train ride. I would also suggest not going on while school is out unless you plan to bring your own children then you likely won't mind. The ship staff is a lot of fun and very friendly. The staff all ...

group (Mis Quince en alta Mar) good service and experience Our experiences in each port of call were very enjoyable. The sights, music, local cuisine and beer were extremely enjoyable! We loved interacting with all of the Islanders we met, Pure fun! In regards to cruising again, we definitely will with Royal Caribbean! The dining experience was great. The buffet had a great selection of foods ...

19 years ago I went on a Royal Caribbean Cruise and was Amazing. A lot of things change from that moment until now but even thought are not the same still wonderful. The music was excellent and they had a variety of bands for all music tastes. Karaoke was great just think that they should update the song selections. I did not have the opportunity to see all the shows available but the ...

This ship is outdated, but the service and experience was the same as the other ships we've travelled on. We had a Royal family suite that was a little disappointing after traveling on the Oasis of the Seas in the updated suite. We were also a little disappointed in the Suite Lounge, as it seemed makeshift and didn't have the great views that the others had. The service, however, was ...

Some Quality Issues Slipping - Not as Good as Before

We enjoy as family, but this is 3rd time in Royal Caribbean and the service and shows were not up to par as previous experiences. Our waitress was not entertaining as we had previously. At first also was kind of rude. We complained and at least rude part went away, but still not good at entertaining. To sad because we were with family that never been in a ship and we were looking for them to share ...
