We really liked our mini suite cabin location (E729). And the food was delicious, as always. But except for a very small handful of staff/crew, and an amazing bunch of passengers we met on board this cruise , this was actually the worst cruise, out of 20, that I've ever been on. Staff/crew was anywhere from dismissive to our requests (like...a basket of rolls at dinner in anytime dining or ...

I understand - - many things are "out of control" when one engages a large cruise. experience On this one for example, a passenger fell sick, the ship aborted a"port of call," and our disembarkment was delayed by over nine hours. This meant, of course, that over three thousand people missed their planes, hotels and other vacation plans. The staff - mostly Filipinos, Ukrainians and ...

Let me start by saying dont not book on this cruise line, unless you are over 65 and caucasian. Do not go on this ship, or cruise line if you have kids, or teens or under 65. Even the food is tailored to an older person's digestion. Limited activities on board. Also, do not pay your gratuities in advance, or you will not get appropriate service. I dont know where to start so I will just list ...

Regatta, SF to Tahiti Nov 1-Nov17, 2019. Concierge cabin deck 7. Worst cruise I have ever been on. Most disorganized ship ever and I have traveled with most of them. Left-over foods served, same foods daily. Service desks, destination desks, concierge desk, top management in restaurants uncaring and downright rude to guests. Rude staff. Ship Regatta just underwent revamping and it was ...

The food was unbelievably bad. Even the Italian specialty restaurant was the worst Italian food I have ever had. The buffet was seriously worse than and American chain buffet venue. If you like selections such as sliced carrots with peas, this might just be the place for you. If you want something more inspiring, you are in the wrong place. The pizza restaurant on Deck 5 is excellent and the ...

Have sailed on Princess many times. This will for sure be the last one. From the embarkation, to debarkation, the entire experience was miserable, rude, and a complete joke. By second day you could only shake your head and laugh at Princess and how bad they are operating today versus where they were 23 years ago when we first sailed their line. The ship was dirty. The hallways were filthy. ...

Worst cruise I’ve taken

Worst cruise I’ve taken. There was a lot of smoke, the casino was the worst casino I’ve ever been in. It was dirty, and one of the slot attendants was very rude. I never met a casino host. The food st the Michelangelo wasn’t very good. The portions were small. Three years ago they weren’t charging for a filet mignon, and on my last trip they charged for it. It wasn’t easy to find a table ...

This was a family cruise with my elderly in laws. From the moment we boarded things were broken. Elevators were being repaired the whole 10 days, toilets were not flushing the air conditioner blowers were broken there were leaks and they were drying out carpets, varnishing railings on deck 7 making it impossible to actually hold onto railings. We saw a ceiling tile fall on a patrons head during ...

We have been on many cruises but over the last 6 years we have been sticking with princess cruises. We will NO LONGER cruise with princess after our last cruise and cancelled our next cruise with princess. This ship had just gotten out of dry dock and we watched them work on pipes over the eating area outside of the Horizon buffet and the pool deck, it was disgusting ! Floors wet with sewage on ...

Won this cruise through casino. First cruise, and was looking forward to great food..unfortunately some meals were actually inedible. We dined with the anytime service which was not explained, so we did not find our actual dining room (we thought the buffet area was where we should eat because we got turned away in other dining areas) for the first few days..also had a spa experience, the facial ...
