We have sail a few times on Princess and have not ever had a really bad experience. We had a smooth pickup at airport and took very little time at the terminal before boarding the Island Princes. Ship Info: While the boarding process in San Francisco was a bit confused, we were able to get to our cabins (we booked C701 and C703) quickly and have time to stroll about the ship before sailing. Got into San Fran from Detroit (Frontier Air $135) a day early and booked the San Remo hotel which is walking distance from the pier.
