Ruby Princess needs a complete overhaul of her plumbing etc. There were extensive problems with toilets not working, flooding in some cabins and even the kitchen got flooded. We choose Princess because it sailed out of San Francisco. We were able to take the Amtrac train out of Fresno, CA at 6:00 AM and were in front of the Buffet at 11:30 AM.
