Very dissapointing trip

We thought this would be a wonderful, relaxing cruise. Embarcation took hours, even with a designated time to arrive. I had expected that it might be a little cold or rough going out of the Golden Gate, which it was, but it only got worse. I had tried to find out what a Pacific crossing would be like, but I couldn't find any information. It was cold and very rough, day after day. The ship ...

16 day Hawaiian cruse. We have cruised with other cruise lines multiple times. Complete disappointment on almost every aspect.. food entertainment, staff, customer service, and the boat itself. Our first time with princess, but others in our group has sailed with Princess 8 times in past and they were also highly disappointed and stated it was completely different then years past. Something has ...

5 days out of 16 the toilet pump did not work. Last 3 days of the cruise they run out of items for juices that we prepaid. Lots of the cabins had this issue The SPA over charge for bad services and the only thing they want is to sale you creams. They claim that they have to pay for room and board and they only get paid the tips nothing else. Sauna did not work for 13 days Showers at ...

My Husband and I just returned from a 15-day cruise to Hawaii aboard the Princess Cruise Line. Firstly, the food was HORRIBLE!! The food was bland & tasteless, meat was tough & hard to eat, breads, rolls were dry & hard. Oatmeal & grits had huge lumps (3 inches long by 1 inch wide to give you an idea) and were off-putting. Multiple times we were told “we ran out of that”. Basic things like ...

We are platinum level on princess cruises. We have sailed on the Royal Princess before, and had a really nice time. I was really disappointed on this trip with the staff and service. We embarked in San Francisco for a 15 day Hawaii Cruise. Embarkation: From the moment we were in the waiting area for embarkation, I knew something wasn’t right. Embarkation was a nightmare. Huge ...

As cruisers since 2008 and having done 16 total, this being our 17th and 4th Princess cruise I'm sorry to say going was a mistake. 15 day Hawaii round trip from San Francisco, flew in day of the cruise and Uber from OAK to the pier #27, split fare with our 2 cruise buds and the total Uber was only $66 + tip. Ship was fine, clean, maintained, employees friendly but all the old covid protocols ...

Missed Hawaii because of positive test

We chose this cruise for DW's birthday. We'd been to Hawaii before, but this would be a great second half of a B2B. I tested positive on test day before turn around and DW tested positive the next day (her birthday). We went to isolation for 11/10 days and thus missed all of Hawaii except what we could see from our balcony. That wasn't much since most of the ports were working ports and not ...

16 of us decided to do this Hawaii Cruise even though most of us have done this cruise at least once in the past. After the 2 year Covid break, we so look forward to this cruise. However, right from embarkation, there were issues... Long line at the pier. Most passengers were seniors, some with walkers, with wheelchairs. No matter, the line stretched 100+ and we waited for more than an hour. ...

Covid Super Spreader Ship (Princess does not care!)

Worst cruise I have ever experienced. There were ZERO covid precautions/enforcement to help protect us from getting COVID-19. Princess' lack of concern for infecting guests gave my family COVID-19. Princess did NOT protect their passengers/crew. Many people were sick on the ship and the crew just pretended it wasn't happening. Even after being notified that my party members contracted covid (from ...

We choose this cruise because we had a wonderful cruise 2years ago on the Star Princess but we wanted to see San Francisco rather than leave from LA. This cruise from the time we got on until the time we got back was a comedy of errors. Food was edible but not as great as we have had on other cruises (except for the Crown Grill) but we only had 1 dinner there, tried to get in again but it was ...
