We chose Princess Ruby because it sails from San Fransisco. We liked many activities and entertainment. We have sailed the Ruby twice in the past year (two different itineraries) and are sad to report that it has continuously gotten worse. The other negative reviews you see below, for the Ruby, are not lying. The ship's condition, staff, and dining needs a major overhaul.
