I wanted to comment on the treatment we were given by our steward, Leo, our head waiter, Ryan, our waiter, Arnold (Arnie), and our assistant waiter, Dexter (Dex). We were totally treated by Leo in our cabin (there were 3 of us in 6197) - he asked us what he could do to help us but never was ...
We chose this cruise to combine three things. To revisit San Francisco, to cruise on QV for a second time, and to transit the Panama Canal. Overall we were not disappointed.
Our 4th time overall with Cunard, they continue to provide a quality experience, for which we did, admittedly pay a high price.

What we liked -
-Embarkation - not a long line, but no one in the Platinum line - went right on.
-Dancing in the Queen's Room - great orchestra and singer - if you like ballroom dancing - this is the place to be!
-Lido for breakfast and lunch - food generally quite good and fresh - although salad bar had same 4 ingredients all 15 ...
