We are experienced cruisers, but this was only our second time on a Royal Caribbean ship. Generally we cruise Celebrity, and as such were granted Diamond membership on the Radiance. Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much. Radiance is a beautiful ship, and in general I would rate it highly. We did experience a couple problems which, while we would not allow them to ruin our cruise, definitely had ...

The worst cruise we have had except for Carnival out of 20 cruises. Con: Most passengers were rude, crude and unsociable. They would rather walk through you, or over you, rather than get out of the way, or even say excuse me! That happened over & over at the Windjammer, the elevator, and the evening sitting. One example would be bean tossing at 6 PM - another ...

Hi everyone. This is the first cruise review I write and I regret not being able to be overly positive. My apologies if I sound harsh, but I admit that after sailing on numerous Cunard ships, I expect true excellence. Here's the review: Embarkation Complete chaos on the pre-security lines. I was first directed to a line that had just been closed and the officer was not pleasant to deal with ...

We boarded the Radiance at approx 2.30 had lunch and returned to our cabin to await the arrival of our luggage. Everytime we asked guest relations, we were blown off, it's definitely coming, and basically don't bother us. At approx. 8.15 pm, after many calls to guest relations and checking with our steward we were finally told to go down to the GR desk and look for our bags. It was there alright, ...
