We have travel on Celebrity for 24 years...3 times on the Millennium. Due to Covid and a new staff of workers, the Customer Service was awful. We couldn't get WI-FI to work consistently the TV had hardly any stations and it only worked when we were at sea.....2 movie channels, ESPN1 and 2 MSNBC, BBC, BBC1, Cartoons, RedBull channel, Fox news and CNN. The movies were terrible and old. The Ship ...

We paid a lot for this cruise expecting a truly great experience (Royal Suite). What we received was abysmal! Beginning with embarkation - we had to wait forever to get through the line (but should have been able to bypass it because we were 'suite' passengers. See below for ratings of our suite... The food in the designating dining room was good (Luminae) but the service was very, very slow. Food ...

We chose this cruise because we wanted to see the west coast of the U.S. and we are so glad we found this one from Celebrity. With ten nights and lots of time in each port we got a great introduction to so many places. Our 10 night San Diego to Vancouver cruise on Millennium was absolutely wonderful! We had a great time, made many new friends, enjoyed great food and got to see some top notch ...

The "Millenium" is a beautiful ship. We have sailed on the "Mercury" twice before and loved her too, but the "Millenium" is a very special, very elegant ship to say the least. Our Concierge Class Cabin was roomy, restful and welcoming. The queen sized bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space. The balcony was large enough, with 2 comfy chairs and a small round table. The ...

We flew in the day of the Cruise. Our day started at 3:30 AM, so by the time we got to San Diego we were tired already. There were two ships boarding at the same time which made going thru security rather slow with a long line. This took between 45 Minutes and an Hour. Once thru security we got in the really short line for suites and was checked in within minutes-then surprize we were offered a ...
