We wanted to explore the Columbia Gorge on a small ship and this one looked interesting. Portland is an easy flight for us, so we took Southwest and had free baggage. Embarkation was very smooth. I was met at baggage claim and transported to the 'wait' area by Town Car. There were some pastries and refreshments.
