Plenty of room, shower small but adequate. Balcony small but adequate. Steward was awesome, kept the room in tip top shape, wished I remembered his name. I think he was from the Ukraine, he has worked for princess for 13 yrs.

Our cabin was a little larger than the regular balcony cabin and there was certainly enough room. With the kinds of luggage restrictions we now experience from airlines, we both packed carefully, lightly and sensibly. The result was that there was way more than enough storage space, but just a bit of advice - there is much more space to hang clothes than for folded clothes. So, plan to hang shirts, t-shirts, anything that can be on a hangar and you will find you have lots of space. We stored our suitcases under the bed. It goes absolutely without saying that Roberto, our room steward, kept the room spotless and was always in and out at the most discrete times.

Too big, poor service By:
Cabin size is typical. However, the balcony is very small. We didn't sit on it, but rather moved the chairs aside and sat in our room to enjoy the views.

Yes, the cabins are smaller than on many other ships, but very attractively furnished and with some of the best lighting at sea. Nice-sized TV ...but only BBC World News, and three US sports/news stations ... cruel and unusual punishment for anyone from anywhere else, especially on longer cruises ..with no daily newspaper sheets either on board to keep informed of anything happening in Germany, Canada, France, Australia etc. The bathroom is so small ... you just step in and are already right at the toilet bowl, sink, shower ...but we got used to that, no big deal, and appreciated the extra clothes hanging space just outside it. The tiny balcony, however, was horrible ... on entering, we noticed the room attendant had placed the two chairs sideways, facing each other ... because when you turn them facing out, there's barely room for your legs (like flying cheap economy); and the table is so small, dining out there is almost impossible, unless you enjoy the challenge of balancing a tray atop a min-pillar. Those who design these cabins/balconies must not vacation on them.

Large enuf shower. Better room between foot of bed and wall than on most ships. Nice to have a choice, within cabin, of sitting at a chair at the desk or sitting on the couch. The verandah was a tad bigger than I expected. The chairs on the verandah seemed to have reclining ability but I didn't try them.

A very good room, but not really different than standard rooms we have been in with a balcony. The towels, were allegedly upgraded, but I found them to be sorely lacking.
