On Saturday 14th October 2017 we were faced with over 8 hour delay to get on the ship because of fog. During that time we waited in the terminal and had to purchase our own refreshments. I would STRONGLY advise you to avoid Jewel of the Seas if you travel with kids, not sure if this is true across all RC cruise ships. Babies/toddlers have to be potty trained to use the pools, while in the US they can get in the public pools with swim diapers. Pool water is super cold.
