Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Brilliance of the Seas

Booked this cruise as a bucket list trip on royal. What a mistake. This cruise line will probably have pay toilets soon. I would never book them again. Can you imagine a drink package worth over $1350. Plus they add 18 percent!!! So 13 day drinks over $1600 usd. Ridiculous. They add 18 percent on everything. Food is average at best. Coffee sucks. Staff are friendly. But cruising is in my books a ...

Our worse cruise ever!

This cruise was booked as part of our package holiday through Cruise 1st. The ship desperately needs refurbishment all round! When we sat having breakfast or lunch in the Windjammer, there was pools of water on some of the window sills that never seemed to be dealt with. Most of the food was inedible either in the windjammer or main dining. At the evening sitting. our service was very ...

We chose this cruise because we wanted to go to Petra and the Dead Sea. However, from the minute we were picked up from the airport in Dubai, things went horribly wrong. We were a family of six adults. This was our 13 th cruise with RC and will definitely be our last. We were supposed to have special needs assistance as arranged by Royal specialist services as I have mobility problems and my ...

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Symphony of the Seas

We booked on the inaugural sailing departing Barcelona on the 7th of April. When paying circa £6000 for a 7 day cruise you expect / deserve a certain level of food quality. As beautiful as Symphony of the Seas is it is dreadfully let down in a number of areas that I will cover in a more in depth You Tube review but the most shocking part of our cruise has been the food offering. The ...

Where to start. Embarkation took a little longer than expected because the lady had to check in 2 cabins and she was not trained to do this. 55 mins at the check-in desk--not a great start. We enter through Deck 5 into the royal Promenade to be welcomed by the loudest music we have ever heard on a ship--It was far far to loud. Cabins ready at 1pm so Windjammer for lunch--we have ...

We chose Royal Caribbean for the destinations and the wonderful crew onboard. We have sailed RCC many times, and for the money they offer the best value and Crown & Anchor Club benefits. The crew is always very good, and helpful, and on this cruise we would like to recognize our Concierge, Amit; the concierge club bartender, Juliana; our dining room server, Dharia; and the fourth floor ...

This was our first experience of Royal Caribbean but sadly, very likely to be our last. Embarkation and disembarkation went quite quickly and smoothly but that is about it for the positives. We did not choose or cabin as it was part of a package deal but found it to be one of the smallest inside cabins we have ever had, very cramped. It was not very clean and obviously had not been hovered in a ...

If you want to eat after 10 in the evening and want more then a roll or a burnt pizza. Entertainment was a joke the cruise director needs replacing. Example colouring by numbers as an afternoon entertainment. The cruise seemed to concentrate on people who were returning customers rather then new. Formal nights were a joke, you got dressed up to walk into the dining room for your evening meal ...

Primarily this cruise was chosen because the sail date was convenient for a school half-term break. My Wife & I travelled with our daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren(age 8 & 5) and my son-in-law's parents. From the moment we arrived at the Port terminal everything swung into a finely tuned and practised event. The embarkation process was swift and painless. In just a matter of a few minutes we ...

We chose this cruise after sampling a PandO cruise in May. we liked that so much that we wanted to go again soon - having a small child meant that we have to stick to school holidays and this cruise was the only one available. Even though it was October we thought there would be enough to do on board to make it enjoyable. How wrong we were. There was hardly anything to do away from the elements ...
