Amazing experience, totally recommend Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas.
We had an amazing holiday, so relaxing and great there is an adults sunbathing area separated from the children's area.
All staff exceptional, food great, entertainment great.
Stayed on the ship in Malaga as after seeing Italy I don't think there was any comparison.
Two downsides with the execursions which ...
We like the food. Their provision for various diets was excellent. We are particularly interested in gluten free food and their provision was outstanding. There are a lot of various activities and theatre shows were outstanding. We did go on 2 excretions and they were both well organised and very good.
We ate at the Windjammer all the time. Our daughter, husband and their 2 children also came ...
I/ We chose this cruise because I we have travelled with the R.C for the past three / two year's and myself and my sister-in-law wanted to see the Baltic region for a change. We have been to the Med. last year and the year before with my husband. We started from Amsterdam so we went a day early to see around Amsterdam and indeed the next day after register on the ship we were able to go back ...
We were both looking forward to this cruise as we had never been to the Baltic countries but our experience on board the ship and subsequent dealings with Royal Caribbean " Executive Office" has left us very negative about the attitude of RC to customer issues.
Our concerns began when it took 4 weeks for RC to answer a question about transport from the ship at the end of the cruise to the ...
We are have been Loyal Royal Caribbean cruisers for many years, this was our 7th in 7 years and we were thoroughly disappointed. My mum is elderly and requires extra help to get around and our problems began right at the beginning months before travelling, trying to confirm assistance with airport and ship transfers. The department within Royal Caribbean had to be emailed and chased and phone ...
The itinerary is tempting and each location has plenty to see. However, do it with another cruise company. Royal Caribbean's crew on this ship has no care or concern for the pleasure of their guests or allowing for the easy resolution of problems encountered.
The food is lackluster and the dining staff has no particular desire to either provide better quality of food or service.
We did not ...
Rude staff, poor service, very unresponsive to needs. Food quality was very bad.
Breakfast: Orders that had any variation from the menu, for example no cheese on my egg, were often wrong because the staff did not understand english well. It took may attempts to fix wrong orders. It took 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the dinning room. Orders were missing toasts. The list goes ...
This was our third cruise with Royal Caribbean, been on voyager and adventure so we thought we would go for the next one up which what a mistake that was. At first we were so excited on first viewing of the ship we had our 4 year old with us and she was amazed at its size but it wasn't long till it went down hill. By the time got to the boat due to problem with the baggage we had to wait in a long ...
Traveling with our adult children and two older teenage grandchildren, my husband and I chose this cruise because of the classic itinerary for the grandchildren's first visit to Europe. Whereas, our vacation together was wonderful, sadly, the ship experience was not. The main dining room displayed spotted, cloudy glassware. Too often, silverware was dirty. Soups were served lukewarm whether ...
My wife and I decided yo take this cruise to be able to see the places your ship would be docking in. The service on board was excellent. The staff, especially the waiters and room attendants were very friendly and helpful. There were enough activities on board and on shore to keep us entertained and occupied throughout the trip. Excellent live music to listen to and to dance to. As a senior ...
