Booked this cruise 6 months ago. From the get go was a terrible experience. Boarding was chaotic, over 2 hours to board despite having first boarding time of 11.30 am. Itinerary changes supposed to visit 6 islands. Ended up going to 2. No information given from crew. Stuck doing laps around sydney. 11 night cruise turned to 7 sea days. The new gym set up is a joke. Refurbishment.... What ...

Booked this cruise in 2018 because of the itinerary In the South Pacific, as previously we had missed a few islands because of a cyclone. The Coronavirus caused a few. Small islands into locked down so the itinerary was changed the day before, but still in the South Pacific. Once on board the itinerary was changed again lost four islands and given more sea days and an overnight stop in NZ (only ...

I expected better for the price I paid, The biggest problem for me was the food lacking taste nutrition and presentation was very bad, especially main dinning, very annoying when waiters continually asked how was the food when they knew I didnt like anything. Interior promenade view cabin was so noisy, music continued all night, I asked to be moved to another cabin and I was which was good. ...

Cruised on the voyager of the seas on a 14 night South Pacific cruise. Was notified when we all boarded on sail out day that there would be a Major itinerary change and that the ports of Port Villa, Mystery Island, Lifou and Mare were now canceled due to the coronavirus scare. The cruise would now be re-directed from the warm South Pacific and Travel south to Cold Tauranga NZ and Eden south coast. ...

Hi, I'm an experienced cruiser, but have never sailed with Royal Caribbean. My Mum (75)and I flew from Heathrow to Singapore, stayed overnight, and joined the voyager of the seas for the trip of a life time visiting Australia. We checked in our 2 cases, with full information stapled to handles, confirming we were on the voyager, as the Quantum of the seas was birthed beside. We ...

I am not used to write reviews, I only do it when the product is really good or in this case when the product or service is bad and even more in one of the most important moments of your life that was our wedding day. We wanted to marry in a cruise ship, so the one that suited our dates, was the royal caribean, voyager of the seas departing from Sydney the 23 Jan 2018 With months in advance, ...

RCI going downhill fast!

2 years after our last cruise with RCI we were bitterly disappointed on this cruise. The lack of staff very evident and the constant upselling of their products was grating. Our poor room attendant serviced 19 rooms and we had to constantly remind him to get towels, bathmats etc. Forget about having your balcony cleaned- didn't even wipe down the table. Activities very poor with only 1 staff ...

We chose this cruise for the price but now realize you get what you pay for :-( Food was ordinary, with times we struggled to find anything on the menu we wanted to eat. The service was patchy, with us often asking for a coffee or tea (which occasionally didn't even make it to the table). Each night we were reminded to put a good word in for the staff in our reviews. There was no choice in ...

This was, without doubt, the worst holiday experience I have encountered to the extent that I asked the ships Customer Services Manager about being let off the ship in Brisbane. We suffered two weeks of beer swilling noisy and foul mouthed people, terrible overcrowding, endless queues, continual RCI bad management, disgusting food, untrained, un-interested and rude staff, highly expensive drinks ...

Disappointing Cruise - RC appears to have lowered its standard

We had a lovely 5 night stay in Singapore exploring the city and enjoying the facilities of our hotel. Then we joined the Voyager........ Food and service was well below standard and Specialty Restaurants were from average to awful, having sent two meals back for bad quality and cooking. The Ship was very dirty throughout and in need of a total refurbishment. Our balcony cabin was quite spacious ...
