The service and food on this ship were excellent. The staff on the ship were very warm and outgoing towards each guest. Our servers at dinner were outstanding. I didn't have a bad meal. Even the desserts were delicious (and I rarely eat it ) and I ate it every day!!!
The excursions were well done. The tenders were set up very well according to ticket groups. We went on 4 ship excursions-

I'm not one to write reviews... From the minute we stepped aboard until we got off the ship voyager of the seas was fantastic. Customer service was friendly and consistent. Our stateroom was large enough for the three of us and was cleaned several times a day. Fresh towels dropped off twice a day, comfortable beds and clean. The shows aboard were 1st class and there was something for people of all ...
Our recent voyage on the RCL Voyager of the Seas was very enjoyable: great weather, interesting ports, and nice ship.
TRAVEL TO PORT: To start, we traveled to Venice (VCE) from the East Coast, but nearly missed our connection in PHL, which really got the blood pumping.
Fortunately, we made the plane 9after running through the airport like maniacs and then sat on the runway for nearly an hour ...
EMBARKATION: Finally got to the port and were frustrated by the confusion and inefficiency: though several RCL folks held up signs that pointed us in the terminal direction, they were too busy chatting with one another to advise us that the luggage had to be left off at a totally different building (which we had passed by already), so up the escalator, down the escalator, stand in some more lines ...
Background Information
First Cruise. We booked it because it was a really good price and included flights from scotland.
Ship Info
Voyager of the Seas. We thought the ship was great. There's loads to do, particularly during the day, and we never had a problem finding a sun bed.
Activities
We liked the rock wall, ice skating and swimming pools. The inside solarium pool was lovely and ...
My wife and I have been on six cruises on four cruise lines. RCL; Holland America; Carnival and Celebrity. On this cruise we left from New Orleans. We had not cruised from there since before Katrina and were impressed with the port. There are several hotels from which you can easily walk to the port with your luggage (if there is one suitcase and one carry on each). We stayed at the Drury Inn for ...
The New Orleans Voyager of the Seas departure was smooth & simple 12/3/2011.
We easily parked at Fulton Place Parking Center http://fultonplaceparking.com on Convention Center Blvd. The parking structure takes up the whole block from Fulton to Convention & you can enter from a few sides. Cruise parking is $84 paid in advance & they accept credit cards. (Condo Parking Services, (504) 566-7275 ...
My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. After a great deal of research on different destinations and cruiselines, we finally decided on the Western Mediterranean and RCCL. We have sailed RCCL before and really enjoyed it, but never on the Voyager of the Seas. The ship was very well taken care of, and the service was spectacular. Our waiter and assistant waiter ...
We were just on the Voyager of the Seas' seven night Adriatic Cruise. Ports were Venice, Koper, Ravenna, Bari, and Dubrovnik.
STATEROOM: Grand Suite, worth every penny! The room was very spacious with plenty of closet space. The bathroom had two double sinks and the tub had two retractable wash lines for hanging up laundry. (We traveled with carry-on luggage only so yes, I did have to do a ...
So, the long awaited Venice cruise happened and Venice wasn't the highlight !
Flew into Marco Polo airport and had no problems finding the RCI staff who escorted us to the waiting coach and off we went.
EMBARKATION : A bit of a scrum but was OK, no problems. We boarded just after noon I think and the cabins weren't quite ready so we headed off for some lunch.
CABIN : We pretty much ...
