"I understand the hard work of accommodating for such a large variety of demands and needs, but considering the limited activities on-board, the ship operating officer’s crew should go the extra-mile to get closer to the passengers, and make their experience even more personal. When we asked the excursions crew, they had to excuse the Captain for being first indisposed, and then with a fully packed agenda over the last 3 days of our cruise...."Read More

1-10 of 150 Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas Cruise Reviews for Singles to the Eastern Caribbean
Sewer smell in old carpet along the Stateroom halls. Same Low grade foods every day. The Breads and baking foods are old. I don't think They are baked here on the ship because of the looks, feel and smell.
The Fruits are so small, 1/2 to 1/3 the regular sizes and cheap looking, you won't find these low quality, cheap fruits in the US supermarkets. The fried foods have old, dark, smelly ...
First, the port of Baltimore. We had a 12:00 arrival time but the traffic inside the port was so bad we weren't able to park until a half hour or so later even though we arrived about 15 minutes early. So many people coming in an hour or more before their scheduled time clogged things up I think. Once we were able to park, we found the appropriate line for our time and breezed through quickly. ...
We have cruised over 23 times in 43 years, often selecting Royal Caribbean because we had been so pleased with our previous experiences. Well, maybe we are just cruised out but our last cruise on the Vision out of Baltimore was at best, mediocre. The food in the Windjammer was less in selection, too many highly spiced dishes, and often cold or Luke warm. The main dining room just seemed to ...
I am a D+ on RCL, so have really enjoyed them in the past. They now have gone paperless and have an app that you must use. It often takes 2 or 3 tries to get in. Why not perfect the app before launching it? The wifi is now the same way. You often have to try several times to log on. This is the first year that i have had poor wifi reception on a RCL ship.
They have very few big shows as in the ...
It's a good thing Royal is planning a new class of small ships as the Vision class is slowly wearing out.
In the meantime, the secret weapon of Royal was displayed on this voyage - Exceptional Service - at every venue, every staffer, from Windjammer to MDM to Centrum, to including Guest Services. All of the staff in the Windjammer have been converted from table cleaners to friendly hosts ...
i am Emerald member of Royal Caribbean cruise but my experience with vision of sea was worst. ship is very old launched in 1998 . i have following concerns on this ship;
1 Air conditioner was not working properly: i was not able to sleep well at night it was very warm temperature in room at night daily
2. Rotten fruits and milk was sour and fermented due to bad temperature on ship when ...
We chose this cruise to sail with friends one of whom was handicapped.
Boarding at Port of Baltimore couldn’t have been an easier and departing the ship was relatively easy as well.
Our outside cabin was very adequate although we had difficulty with our safe all week.
This was the smoothest cruise that we’ve ever taken…no rough weather at all although it was terrifically hot and ...
Overall it was a good cruise. A fair balance of port days (4) vs. days at sea (5). Food was always good (4/5), and service was exceptional (5/5). Embarkment and disembarkment were both smooth and extremely fast (ie. Only 20mins from our group’s calling on-board, down to our car at the port’s parking lot). The RC crew made it special, and memorable for my entire family (from our servers, to ...
We chose the specialty dining experience onboard, and spent most of our lunch and evening meals spread throughout Chops, Izumi, and Giovanni's. For us, it was important to escape the crowds and practice safer dining habits than found in the Windjammer, MDR, etc. We were well taken care of at every interaction in specialty dining, welcomed like family, and immediately recognized and treated with ...
This was my 41st cruise and 13th on Royal Caribbean. I traveled with my husband and 2 adult daughters. We are from Long Island and Manhattan. This was the May 11th 9-night sailing to Bermuda, Nassau and Perfect Day at CocoCay.
I highly recommend this cruise! But you need to keep everything in perspective. Because while this ship lacks “things,” it more than makes up for it in “people” – ...
