This was a cruise of a lifetime celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary on the magnificent Ovation of the Seas. We were lucky enough to stay at the Four Seasons Sydney and had a fabulous view of the arrival of this beautiful ship into the OPT terminal right in front of us. We just love the Four Seasons and its proximity to Circular Quay and all the buzz and excitement of Sydney Harbour and the ...

we went on this cruise to celibate my wife's milestone birthday, was a little concerned about the amount of sea days but the ship had everything and more that made it all go too quick. Sailing out of Sydney we sailed to Tahiti which was nice just ask SIMON, but there was no Imperial Leather on board :)( Aussies of the right age bracket would get this in joke) then onto Moorea, then onto to ...

MELBOURNE, NEW ZEALAND NORTH ISLAND, SYDNEY, TRANSPACIFIC & SEATTLE Explorer of the Seas cruise is half way down this review On March 27 we left for the Brunswick, Georgia Airport and our trip down under returning in part with a transpacific cruise to Seattle. We arrived in Melbourne on the morning of March 29 after four flights and over 35 hours of travel. Delta would not allow us to ...

We frequently visit family in Australia and wanted to combine it with something different, and this cruise fitted in well with our timings. We know Sydney very well and it was nice to board a cruise there. Embarkation at Circular Quay could have been a tad better organised, at least outside the terminal. When there are 3500 passengers all wanting to get on board the scrum for getting rid of ...

This was the first time my wife and I have cruised with Royal after cruising 4 times with Celebrity. We were expecting it to be a bit less quality to Celebrity. But it wasn't at all. The ship is 18 years old. Royal have done a great job keeping the ship in good condition. There isn't really anything to complain about. All the bars are great, the specialist restaurants were amazing. The main dining ...

I have just been on the most amazing cruise on the Radiance of the Seas from Sydney, Australia to Honolulu, Hawaii, over 17 nights - departing on the 17th of April 2018. I cannot speak highly enough of everything about the cruise. 1. The staff were brilliant - they could not do enough to help in everyway possible. 2. The food in all restaurants was just amazing with the quality and choice being ...

We spent a couple of weeks exploring Auckland, NZ and New South Wales before boarding the ship in Sydney, Australia. The CC Roll Call Group met for a pre-cruise dinner in Sydney the night before embarkation. We stayed at the Amora Jamison Hotel, which was very nice and convenient for walking our suitcases to the ship, followed by a very easy embarkation. I should say that we had terrific ...

The boat was great and a different show every night. The main dining room food was excellent along with the service. The bar staff were friendly. All staff were very friendly. This was a great ship. I wish they had larger dance floors, as the dance areas are quite small. There were always deck chairs available, which was very nice. The shows were all very good and every night there ...

I can't tell you how pleased we were with our transpacific voyage to Sydney on the Explorer of the Seas. Having done Silverseas, we were a little worried about a ship this size. It was wonderful. The staff were incredible and everyone wore a smile and were so upbeat and positive all the time. The food was very good and the maitre'd and our waiters (2) were exceptional. The entertainment on ...
