It was a gift from my sister; I took care of my parents my father was disabled in a wheelchair and my mom had cancer & Alzaheimer, my sister lived far away and was very grateful that I took care of them for many years, I hadn’t been able to take a vacation; they both passed away. We were six in our group, my sister & her husband & my best friend & her husband. So we wanted to go to Spain, ...

Having sailed most of my other cruses from Southampton it was refreshing and a great add to sail from Barcelona although flights here can be a little bit of a pain from Manchester! I will never fly in a Ryan Air Plane again! Travelling with my partner and friends we have a fantastic time on and off the ship. Staff are wonderful and work hard at getting this done for you most of the time. ...

This transatlantic cruise was very good. WE had smooth seas and wonderful weather. The air temperature was in the 70's and 80's The food in the dinning room was excellent. All of the ship's crew were wonderful. Providing wonderful service and always willing to help. Our cabin steward, dinning staff and entertainment was fabulous. There were a few negative items. First, we could not get ...

I like RCI but not happy with room service charge of $8.00 could see the charge if late in evening even though I am not a room service person I thought the charge was a little heavy. We were only informed of one port offering free transportation to town, and were heading back to the ship as my roommate could not walk the distance to town when we saw a bus offering free transportation to town, if ...

My wife and I wanted to visit Barcelona again as we did not spend as much time the last time we were in Spain in the spring of 2015. The Transatlantic Cruise seemed just what we wanted to do as we had heard great reviews about westbound Transatlantic Cruises and Royal Caribbean did not disappoint us. The staff was great and I would recommend a cruise like we took to anyone interested in a ...

We chose the Freedom Transatlantic to be with great people who we have traveled with in the past years! The ship was in good shape. The cabin was fine and our room steward took good care of us. The food was ho-hum and we felt the quality of the food was not what we expected. The Cruise Director and Activities Manager and their staff were excellent. The entertainment was good......but, we ...

We had two nights in a luxury hotel before being transported to the ship. The hotel was great. It gave us a chance to address the Jet lag after flying from Miami. Took two "Double Decker" bus tours. around the city. Tours were super! Would like to have had two more days in this beautiful city. Air travel on American Airlines was average, but when we got to the airport, we had asked for a ...

Did reverse on Norwegian Cruise Line last year bur only two ports. This itinerary worked better for my roommate and me. Enjoyed the several port stops. Few lectures and too much "shopping on Promenade" ==crowds. Also, missed seeing real news as only on CNN, which was out many days. Almost every program which we would have liked to watch before bed, was repeated daily. Art ...
