We did a transatlantic from Copenhagen to Boston. The ship was clean, cabin balcony cabin was comfortable. First time I saw a chair instead of a couch. The mattresses need changed but we managed.
What they cut: no more lobster night, no more 90 minutes free internet for Diamond members- you get 24 hrs.,

I have to preface this review by saying the crew did an excellent job. Very friendly, courteous and did very well with what they had to work with.

We chose this cruise for the wonderful itinerary. Our 4 day stay in Copenhagen before boarding was great and we would love to go there again. Tip for visitors: museums are closed on Mondays. Getting on the ship was an ordeal with lines snaking out the doors and people jumping lines and long waits of over an hour to check in.

Because 3 of us 4 were diabetics we need to eat at the same time each evening. We were told that our time would be 8:30. Unacceptable to us.
