If you want to eat after 10 in the evening and want more then a roll or a burnt pizza. Entertainment was a joke the cruise director needs replacing. Example colouring by numbers as an afternoon entertainment. The cruise seemed to concentrate on people who were returning customers rather then new. Formal nights were a joke, you got dressed up to walk into the dining room for your evening meal ...

joined cruise following "cruiser" friends ; very professional organization , clean state-rooms (Yerri) and entire ship ; dining room staff - excellent (IVAN , Benjamin and Bhandarri) ; excellent food and staff; shows could be better (artists) though the orchestra was excellent ; the enrichment lectures (Alan Fischer) were very good ; Halifax was a bit disappointing and also Christansand was not ...

Because 3 of us 4 were diabetics we need to eat at the same time each evening. We were told that our time would be 8:30. Unacceptable to us. We finally had to go to Customer service to get it changed., We spent the first evening eating at the buffet on Deck 9-not good. When we finally got a dining time we found that the food was just barely warm and not that good. We did love being served and our ...

Family trip to travel home from Florida. It was an absolute disaster, the food was inedible cold and on two occasions the meat was raw.. I made several complaints to customer services and to F&B director but no acceptable improvements were made, my wife and I contracted Gastrointestinal problems on penultimate day and we were quarantined in our suite until we disembarked. If you or your family and ...

Having a home in England and a winter home in Florida we always cruise both both ways, in November and April. Usually the cruise lines try to make this repositioning cruise special but from the moment we boarded it had the feeling of a ferry. Food in the self-service and main dining room was of the cheapest quality so much so that one night after two inedible dishes I ordered eggs & chips. Formal ...

No activities during the day, No exercise, dance or yoga classes. Only trivia, if you like trivia. RCCL trivia scheduled for 5:00 pm which interferes with guests dressing for dinner. Items in Cruise Compass so very hard to read because print was so very small and cruise director would not accept constructive criticism. Captain and Hotel director were only seen one time. Captain at top ...

Being an experienced cruiser with many different cruise lines, and as Diamond Club members of Royal Caribbean, my wife and I looked forward to this transatlantic journey for the ship, the food, the entertainment and for the stop in Boston, one of the few ports we hadn't been to. We were horribly dissappointed on all counts! Anything involving guest relations was terribly mismanaged, with ...

I was recovering from Cancer, and the cruise was a delayed 70th birthday celebration. Celebration!!!! That was the last thing this cruise was. I had believed that Royal Caribbean would be a reputable company, but it seemed that you penny-pinched in almost every corner of the ship. The shows were abysmal. Only two of them were worthy to be called shows, these were the 'Beatles' and the Ice ...

worst service everywhere on the ship we have ever experienced. we have been on 9 rccl cruises. great captain merrick. but the food was terrible, entertainment was not acceptable, with exception to the vegas singer and the ventriloquist, and adult comic. but that was for 14 days. cabin storage was good. cabin noise was very bad #3583. we also stayed on for the next 7 day cruise Barcelona to ...
