First let me say the positive; the food everywhere on board was great. Staff was very pleasant, but obviously overworked. Common areas on the ship were dirty and the bathrooms were a disaster. I chose this cruise because it was leaving from Tampa and because of itinerary. Serenade of the Seas needs to be dry docked and refurbished! The staterooms are OLD and worn out.
