Great Time

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Rhapsody of the Seas

One of the best parts of this vacation was our waiters Anel and Zebina during formal dinners. They were wonderful!! The the head waiter was great too. Although I find it odd how its okay for 18 year olds to gamble yet they can't drink, even though both are the age of 21 in the US. I loved the way the cruise would rock you to sleep at night, made me feel like a baby again. The activities could of ...

There were a lot of entertainment and activities aboard this cruise. We arrived the night before 12/23/2017 in Tampa Fl. and walked around downtown watched the parade of lighted boats and lighting of the tree. We got up the next morning and headed to the ship, smooth an easy access, we were able to embark the ship real smooth and easy. Our cabin was beyond our expectation way larger than ...

Royal Caribbean has Fallen Far

I have been on 6 cruises (5 with RC, 1 with Disney). I am 28, white, male, making $200,000+ annually. This year I did a Holiday Cruise on the Brilliance of the Seas leaving Tampa, FL going to George Town, Grand Cayman and then over to Cozumel, Mexico before returning. I have always been the biggest advocate of Royal Caribbean until now. The Ship was delayed leaving Tampa due to engineering ...

We went with my entire family for the Christmas holiday. I can't say enough about the service- it was outstanding! Anything I wanted was instantly granted! My only issue was all the hidden costs! This was my first experience with Royal Caribbean (I have done 2 other cruises with 2 other cruise lines and did not experience this) every time I turned around they were trying to sell me something or ...

Family Christmas Vacation

We chose this short cruise to celebrate Christmas with our 2 children and 2 grandchildren because we knew that RCL did a good job of providing activities for young children and with excursions for adults. We were not disappointed! The kids had a great time at "camp" and on the excursions, swimming with dolphins, sea rays, and snorkeling. The adults enjoyed these activities as well as the ...

Attention to detail is this ship motto in my book. Sit at table 605 in the main dining room with Swatlana and Hansraj to serve you, they are awesome. The conceirge is fantastic, always try to ensure you have all your needs. As dancers, look forward to being back on this ship, which has many dance floors for dancing. Been on the Oasis and Freedom class ships before, and have to admit we loved the ...

We expected more from Royal Caribbean. 13 of us travelled together, all of us had been on other cruises. The concensus amonst us was there were bright spots, but overall, R.C. did not live up to the standards that they set for themselves. - The ship was in fine shape. - The cabin was fine as well. - In two ports of call, there was only 1 excursion rated for a wheelchair. - The food ...

First cruise and probably last cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Brilliance of the Seas

I chose this cruise because I was told RC had better service and food than others. I was celebrating my daughters 16th along with my two sons moving away for careers soon, and so it may be the last vacation for us for years. I've never cruised before. My husband is a disabled veteran so I thought a cruise might be more relaxing and easier on him than flying overseas or driving for hours. ...

Bad Start To A Good Cruise

We are loyal to RC and will sail with them again but there were a few rough spots on this last cruise that need addressing. Arriving at the port in Tampa, which is the best by the way, was uneventful until we started the check in. We are Crown and Anchor members who always get priority check in. Not this day. There was only one line and it was never explained to us why no Club member lines even ...

We needed a cruise departing/returning Tampa because of employment timing. We are only an hour from our home to being on board the ships. We didn't have the extra time to travel to the east coast. It was a bit crowded at the terminal, but flowed smoothly around 1 pm. Right away we used the interactive mapping available on each deck by the elevators to find everything and how to get to it. Our ...
