We have been on at least four cruises with Royal and we enjoyed the cruise to Europe last year that we took with our daughter and two teenage grandsons. The cruise was a nice experience for them with all the various activities aboard that they took advantage of along with friends that they met. They took private excursions along with other friends. My husband and I took excursions with Royal and ...

I have been on over 20 cruises with RCCL, I was always a fan of this cruise line but unfortunately no longer. Pros - Excellent entertainment, the Ice shows and water shows are spectacular. Embarkation/ Disembarkation good. Cons - CABINS now only serviced once a day ( apparently new procedure introduced March 2023) No paper information in cabin all now on ...

We chose this cruise because we liked the itinerary and have enjoyed cruising with RC in the past. We ate in the dining room for nearly all breakfast and evening meals, with the exception of one speciality dinner at Wunderland. Breakfast was exceedingly slow. It took a very long time for a server to come to our table and take our order. Once we ordered, the meal was delivered in average ...

Crew A+ Waitstaff and housekeeping steward…. Food mediocre, chops grill steak inferior filet mignon cut and sides came out cold. Windjammer worst buffet experience, food and presentation, main dining room waitstaff great….food menu disappointing and mediocre. Solarium great at night, chaotic for breakfast and food selection much like a school cafeteria. Future cruise department was a ...

My daughter booked this cruise to suit dates and needs of myself and her two daughters (16 & 12). Daughter & I shared a balcony cabin, the girls an inner cabin (see below). The ship looked shabby, & to be honest, quite 'tacky' in terms of decor. Very overcrowded - almost impossible to find a vacant sunbed at times. As a vegetarian, having recently had gallbladder surgery, food an important ...

Set off from Barcelona for med cruise on the Symohony of the Seas August 2018 We took this cruise as a family of four to try a new experience, we initially started by having a great three days firstly in Barcelona which was fantastic. So, we later join the cruise and the impact of the cruise liner is a sight to behold, really fantastic. We were excited to explore the boat and enjoy our ...

BOOK ANOTHER SHIP!!!!

Where do I start? I’ve been on many different ships with many different cruise lines and this ship is mediocre. A big ship, yes! But not done elegantly. It felt very hokey. Let’s start with the good. The night shows were very good. Hair Spray was excellent, so was Mo5aic and the comedy. Hiro sucked however. Staff are super friendly. We traveled with our 1 year old and the service in Royal ...

I sailed on the April 14 sailing on Symphony of the Seas and it was one of my worst vacation experiences. I’ll start with the positives: The ship is beautiful. The artwork is beautiful, I love the whimsical feel and every room is classy. The staterooms are nice and the beds very comfortable. The shows are cool. Some of them are a bit high concept. I honestly think if the ice show was ...
