It's old. It's small. It's trying to copy the big ships but fails. And therefore it's so crowded everywhere that's popular! Deck 5 -Promenade- is at least 2/3 smaller than bug ships. On boarding the ship my wife and I were shocked to find our cabin would only be serviced once a day. This was not a cheap cruise particularly when paying in Aussie $. Royal Caribbean left this to the cabin steward to try and explain. Very poor effort on behalf of the management team to leave this to the cabin attendant. Last year we went on Royal Independence of the Seas and we had a great time. This time we decided to go on one of their bigger ships Allure of the Seas. I am a D+ on RCL, so have really enjoyed them in the past. They now have gone paperless and have an app that you must use. It often takes 2 or 3 tries to get in. Why not perfect the app before launching it? The wifi is now the same way. You often have to try several times to log on. This is the first year that i have had poor wifi reception on a RCL ship.
