Have been on the Serenade twice before. I noticed that they seem to be cutting corners.
Seems to be less crew to accommodate passengers. Noticed this in pool area -- no glasses at the self serve drinks near Park Cafe when they were closed. We boarded the Serenade of the Seas (myself and 2 friends) on Friday, 3/15, for a 10 day Caribbean cruise! Embarkation was incredibly easy! We chose this cruise because we really enjoy the Eastern Caribbean. We like to include an island we haven't been to and St Croix was it this time. This was our 1st 10 day cruise as well with 2 cruising days on each end of this adventure with 5 islands in a row in the middle.
