We boarded the Serenade of the Seas (myself and 2 friends) on Friday, 3/15, for a 10 day Caribbean cruise! Embarkation was incredibly easy! This was a b2b cruise and the stops at all the ports were excellent. Used some of the ships shore excursions and satisfied with all of them. Really enjoyed all the live music happening around the ship. Cruise director Carly B was very good. One downside on the Serenade was the lack of more enrichment programs. We chose this cruise because we really enjoy the Eastern Caribbean. We like to include an island we haven't been to and St Croix was it this time. This was our 1st 10 day cruise as well with 2 cruising days on each end of this adventure with 5 islands in a row in the middle.

Have been on the Serenade twice before. I noticed that they seem to be cutting corners.
Seems to be less crew to accommodate passengers. Noticed this in pool area -- no glasses at the self serve drinks near Park Cafe when they were closed. We were on the Serenade two years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When we saw this year’s ininerary, we decided to sail on her again. I love the size of the ship. She has plenty of activities to keep us occupied and it’s also very easy to get around.
