We booked this cruise with friends; we had never sailed this direction before, although we had been to most of these cities from other vacations. Reviews - I always try to keep in mind that I know nothing about the person saying "this was awful", "this was wonderful", so I'm not going to offer any opinion, just tell you what happened. It began when my soup was delivered with a fly floating ...

Went with a large group. An item of sentimental value was stolen from our room on the first night. Dresser drawer was broken. In room safe was broken. Had them fix it the first time. Then just hoped the thief didn't steal anything else the last 5 days. On board activities were minimal at best. The food was bland, and service was slow. Never did see my waiter for our first breakfast in the dining ...

We had a good time. The food was delicious and served by a great staff who were very attentive. The ship is well equipped to provide a pleasant trip with plenty of time for activities and relaxation. The tours in Northeast US and Canada are excellent. The best we have encountered. There is a beautiful and warm swimming pool in the Solarium that my wife and I enjoyed especially on cool days. ...

This cruise was given to my husband and I as a gift . A party of five of us looked so forward to this adventure. Unfortunately it was a disappointment to all of us . The service was terrible and very rude staff that treated you as if they were doing you a huge favor by answering any questions. When we arrived in our cabin there was hair in the sink and pieces of paper on the floor in the ...

Travelled with adult family to celebrate 50th anniversary....poor poor poor. Drink package was great other than the wait for the drinks. Honestly carnival had much better food at their main dining room service and norwegian was a total step above. State room service was about the only thing that impressed me (*rocky). The overall poor performance of the casino staff, bartenders, wait staff and ...

Chose this cruise because a good friend had done it last year. We wanted to see Canada and New England. Going Ashore was great . We got to see beautiful cities and eat local cuisine. The people were very friendly . I will probably not take another cruise. We had purchase the beverage package, therefor we ask if we could get some bottled water for our room. We were told it would cost $4.00 ...

I have cruised many times; Royal Caribbean (2) Disney (3) Celebrity (5) Princess (2) I never had a bad cruise until this one. That is what prompted me to write this review. Ironically, I had taken this same cruise in 2008 with Royal Caribbean. It was the best cruise I had ever been on, which is why I was so looking forward to the same experience. What a huge disappointment - and the fare ...

There were delays after delays its boading and disinbarking. The pillows and bedding were old and more then worn out. The pillows were hard flat rocks. All 4 of them. The couch in room was worn out to thread baren. Tours were very expensive and little to do in ports without tour. Food was uneatable! No table space in windjammer. Food cold and bad! Don't go. Overall the food was below par.ln the ...

The boarding process was efficient. Our room steward was fantastic. Our servers in the dining room were fantastic. The food ranged from mediocre to deplorable. The very limited entertainment was amateur and below average. The technology is antiquated. The Captain runs his mouth too much. The Cruise Director has lost touch with the people who sale Royal Caribbean. Both the Captain and ...

If you are considering a first time cruise with RCI, buyer beware. RCI said they could get us a great airline ticket from Seattle to Quebec City. What we got was three segments starting out in the morning and arriving at Quebec City at midnight. We contacted Air Canada and spent the extra money to change the flight schedule to two segments and we arrived in Quebec City at 7:30pm. This was ...
