Exceptional Crossing

We wanted to experience a few days in Rome before boarding the ship for our trip back to Miami. Ezplorer is one of our favorite ships. Perfect size and great service. Our favorite cruise director, Hello Clo and our favorite head waiter, Gianni were there to greet us when we boarded. We took early dining and had the best waiter and assistant waiter. Artha and Ayu--married from Bali. The lecture ...

PREFACE Although this is mostly a review of anthem of the seas and excursions taken during the cruise, i have included information on activities pre-cruise. The information about the land-based portion are integral to the trip because you may visit one or more of those locations before or during a cruise you take. Canaries. A great cruise and itinerary

After ready lots of reviews in the weeks prior to going I was not expecting much at all. Obviously passengers opinions vary but some of the complaints had me worried. I also went on Anthem last year which was terrible as things were still badly effected by covid. From the moment we got on this time it was different altogether. Staff levels were back to normal, the Windjammer food was amazing and ...

We went on a 12 night cruise with my wife , daughter and 12 year old son. It was our 3rd cruise and previously went on the navigator 4 years ago. Like every body else you look at the reviews before you go on holiday and you get good and bad reviews depending on personal opinion . To start with this was the best cruise we have been on and do not understand how anyone can fault anything ...

Another great cruise... now with baby

Review for a Europe - All Cruise on Explorer of the Seas

We are loyal to Royal Caribbean, we have always enjoyed cruises with them. Now we have a baby in tow, it made all the more sense to go with a holiday that we know what to expect and really enjoy. Useful baby-related tips: - we ate in the main dining room every night. Our baby - then aged 10 months - ate small pieces of food from our plates and we got extra portions of vegetables (the wait ...

Nice visit to Canary Islands and Madeira, plus Lisbon

Review for a Canary Islands Cruise on Explorer of the Seas

I choose cruises (after more than 40 throughout the years) mainly for the itinerary. I used many lines, some extinct by now, and Royal Caribbean never disappointed me (actually except one line, MSC, truly disappointed me). We departed from Southampton, embarkation was easy, with plenty of Staff to make you feel you are a wanted passenger from then on. The ship is large, but has many venues, and ...

Great First Time Indy Experience

Review for a Canary Islands Cruise on Independence of the Seas

It's been a few years since we were last on an RC ship, onboard the Anthem, which was an amazing ship and experience. It was also one where most folk we spoke to would always say, "it's great, but it's not the Indy". When we saw this year that Indy was doing a Canaries cruise, something we had wanted to do for a long time, we jumped at the chance to see if she was all that and more, especially ...

It was nice to be back on Explorer after many years. Embarkation was very quick and i was on board before 11 am. I know Explorer is due an upgrade soon but it didn't worry me at all. The crew were amazing always smiling and kind they really made my cruise. I enjoyed the food and didn't feel the need to eat in any other restaurants other than the main dining room and the windjammer. I have to say i ...

Just got back from our first ever cruise and I dont think I could go back to a "normal" holiday. Absolutely amazing! Ship was amazing and staff were so attentive. Bars got very full at night and not enough seats but that's the only thing I can honestly moan about. Entertainment was excellent and the cocktails!!! We only ate in the main areas so cant comment except Johnny rockets which for the ...

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Rhapsody of the Seas

This was our first trans-Atlantic cruise so we were very excited and a little nervous. We enjoyed every minute of the trip! The staff was attentive and very friendly. The food was way above average. The fellow passengers were lovely people. And most important, the seas were calm throughout the journey! As vast majority of our fellow travelers were seasoned cruisers and I heard that about 80% had ...
