Not worth the money

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

I have been on a total of 5 cruises, this was my 2nd time on Royal Caribbean. This was by far the worst experience I have had. There are those experiences you look forward to once you finally make it on the ship. You hear people talk about the giant party at the beginning as you sail away from the dock. You can't wait to see it for yourself, well my family and I where all ready for the sail ...

Cruised with 27 others. Had family, friends and Niece and Nephew 17&18. HOTS june 2019. We all felt the free food was excellent except for Solarium poor service & food. I reserved two times for free dinner every night, Solarium 6pm and then also My Time Dining 8:30 since we had no idea of show times & did not want to miss since dinner service is alloted 2 HOURS every night. The room attendants and ...

We chose Royal Caribbean based of off the vibrant brochure and commercials we wanted to go on a cruise thought wld be full of excitement. First off our room was incredibly small the shower was very small the shower head would fall off and the water didn't go down the drain completely which left it with a uncomfortable smell. The bed is like sleeping on the floor extremely painful to sleep on. Dont ...

My husband and I have never been on a cruise before. There is not enough communication by the ship or crew. We didn't know the first thing about cruising and or the charges. This was the most expensive vacation we have every been on we suffered charges after charges. Would you like internet? charge... would you like a better dinner than the buffet? charge. Would you like to do something when ...

This was my first Royal Caribbean cruise and I was so excited about it. We departed on a Friday at 4 PM and came back on Monday at 8 AM from Port Canaveral. The boarding process was simple and easy. Other than that, what a disappointment. We were in an adjoining ocean view room on the 4th floor next to the elevators. The design of the ship is terrible as there was a walking track right above our ...

After more than 25 cruises, I found one where I couldn't wait for it to end. Literally, after about 4 days, I was wishing I could just get off the ship and never go back. But first the good parts: Room steward was TERRIFIC. Main dining room late seating food was always good. Ship was clean, lots to do, never felt too crowded. Rising Tide and Trellis Bar are both fun, but no ocean views (see ...

Did a 4-day Enchantment Cruise in February. Used Port Canaveral. One day at sea, one at private island (Coco Cay), one in Nassau. Nothing new to add from other reviews. However, there were a few noteworthy positives and one overwhelming negative: There were two particularly positive aspects of our cruise on the Enchantment (our seventh RC cruise). The food was incredible. Quality was ...

We booked the Oasis based on all the amazing reviews! No lines, Never feels crowded ect. Not sure if we were on the same ship!!! We went in January which also just happen to coincide with a Jewish holiday.(they had their own restaurant and elevator) No big deal except the Solarium bistro was kosher only the entire cruise and FULL of screaming kids. This is located in the Adult Solarium!! The ...

The worst cruise ever

We chose this cruise based on the variety of activities. We traveled with our adult children, their spouses, grandchildren, and our siblings. We usually cruise with Carnival, but wanted to try the big ship experience. We booked our cruise through the Royal Caribbean website. The site leaves a lot to be desired, our account frequently locked and it was hard to navigate. Embarkation: We ...
